Ms. Sass will be speaking at the 2010 MidWinter Meeting of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section out in California this March. Her topic is the use of experts in non-competition agreements. She is also co-chairing the ABA's 2010 MidYear Meeting of the Technology in the Practice & Workplace Committee in New York this April.

Ms. Sass recently spoke at the 2010 Florida NELA Winter Convention in Orlando on the topic "Case Assessment: Assessing, Valuing and Strategizing When Employment Law Claims Walk Through Your Law Firm Door." Janet Wise of our firm also participated at this convention on the panel covering the topic "Maternal Wall Bias and Related Claims."

Ms. Sass presented the topic "Discrimination and Fair Labor Standards Act Claims" to members of the 2009 Federal Law Clerk Training Program sponsored by the American Bar Association.
JAMES W. JONES & YVETTE D. DANIELS
Ms. Daniels and Mr. Jones both presented at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and City of Tampa Division of Community Affairs Training Seminar on September 17, 2009. Mr. Jones spoke on Discharge and Discipline, while Ms. Daniels covered the Americans with Disabilities Act.
YVETTE D. DANIELS & JAMES W. JONES
Ms. Daniels and Mr. Jones will both be speaking at the Summer Convention of the Florida National Employment Lawyers Association this September. Their topic is very timely and will discuss document production. We know they'll do a great job!
