Mr. Papas has an article coming out in the May edition of LAWYER magazine published by the Hillsborough County Bar Association entitled Plan Ahead to Avoid Punitive Damage Caps.

Ms. Daniels and Mr. Jones both presented at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and City of Tampa Division of Community Affairs Training Seminar on September 17, 2009. Mr. Jones spoke on Discharge and Discipline, while Ms. Daniels covered the Americans with Disabilities Act.
