The firm offers a reduced rate for initial consultations. The reduced rate for most initial consultations is $175.00. If you need to have an attorney review and advise you regarding a severance agreement, non-compete agreement or other employment agreement, the reduced consultation fee is $250.00. The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour at which time your case will be discussed and you will be advised of your options and deadlines. An additional fee may be charged if the consultation exceeds one hour. The initial consultation fee may be paid by cash or check and is due at the time of the consultation.
