The fee for an initial consultation is $175.00 and increases to $250.00 if you have a severance agreement, non-compete agreement or other employment agreement for review by the attorney. The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour during which your case will be discussed and you will be advised of your options and deadlines. An additional fee may be charged if the consultation exceeds one hour. The initial consultation fee may be paid by cash or check and is due at the time of the consultation.
