Testimonials

5/5

I spoke to Cynthia about my situation. She was able to clearly explain to me my employers responsibility regarding my employment. Breaking down the legal stuff in such a way I was able to digest it. She was genuinely interested in hearing about the details of my case which sadly, doesn’t seem common to me. If she wasn’t sure she made sure to get clarification and didn’t jump to any conclusions. What impressed me most is that she was honest to a fault. While she would represent me on my case if I wanted her to, it isn’t necessary at this stage. She gave me alternatives to try first that will likely result in a better outcome for everybody except Cynthia. I’d highly recommend considering Cynthia in any employment matters because she is easy to talk to. It wasn’t a chore, it felt like chatting with a friend who was looking out for my best interest and explaining things that I’d never thought of. If I have any situations in the future that her law firm handles, I won’t hesitate to reach out!

After reviewing several firms, I hired Cynthia Sass. During the year and a half that she was my attorney, I was completely pleased with every action that she and her eminently qualified attorneys and staff completed in their representation. Each time that I called or emailed her office, within a very short period of time, I received a response. I was always treated with dignity and respect. I have been a licensed attorney in Florida for 35 years. I have known hundreds, if not thousands, of attorneys. I recommend Cynthia Sass and her attorneys and her staff with no reservations.

The entire staff was professional and pleasant to work with. The attorney representing me resolved my case and I was satisfied with the outcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this firm.

Cynthia Sass and her law firm were a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Not only was she able to defend us from an unjust accusation, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. My family and I are eternally grateful for her service and I highly recommend Ms. Sass for their services. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Sass
