On May 13, 2026, Cynthia N. Sass spoke at the Hillsborough
County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section lunch seminar at the Chester H. Ferguson Law Center.
Her presentation, “The AI Conversation Every Lawyer Needs to Have With Clients: Prompts, Pitfalls, Privilege and Disclosure,” addressed the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in the legal profession. The session explored important considerations for attorneys regarding AI and client communications, including effective prompting, potential pitfalls, confidentiality and privilege, and disclosure obligations.
