November 9, 2017 – Cynthia Sass coordinated the How to Prepare and Win and/or Defend a Single Plaintiff Discrimination Suit: Top 20 Tips from an Associate’s Perspective (Fundamentals) section of the 11th Annual Labor and Employment Law Section Conference of the American Bar Association. She lined up Stephanie Jones from the EEOC as moderator, as well as the 3-person panel of Sarah Fask from Littler Mendelson P.C., Lucas Kaster from Nichols Kaster, PLPP and Brianna Primozic from Posner & Rosen LLP.  The panel discussed the most effective way to handle a single plaintiff case and shared valuable lessons learned in the trenches. The panelists also discussed tactics that minimize hours spent in preparing and trying a case, discovery tips, summary judgment preparation and overall strategies that work and don’t work.
