ADRIA LYNN SILVA
Adria Lynn Silva spoke on October 7, 2023, on Discovery Techniques and Strategies to Overcome Summary Judgment in Atlanta at the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Fall Seminar. Her presentation focused on how to use discovery to lay the foundations for admissible evidence at summary judgment as well as strategies to use during discovery in order to get past summary judgment.

NELA is a national association dedicated to workers’ rights, promoting a fair judiciary and advocating for laws and policies to level the playing field for workers. Congratulations, Adria!
