About Mason
Mason Binkley is an attorney at Sass Law Firm who has over a decade of legal experience. A Florida Bar member since 2011, Mr. Binkley has practiced law exclusively in the Tampa Bay area, building a reputation for thoughtful counsel, tireless advocacy, and a practical approach to complex legal challenges.
Before joining Sass Law Firm, Mr. Binkley worked at a large Florida-based law firm, where he primarily represented employers in employment discrimination and breach of contract claims. He has also represented corporations, universities, hospitals, small businesses, and individuals in a wide range of other litigation matters. His legal career includes serving as a Partner at a multi-state insurance defense law firm, as well as operating his own private practice focused on estate planning and business law and litigation.
Today, Mr. Binkley draws on his background and experience to exclusively represent employees in workplace disputes. He brings a unique and strategic perspective to employee-side advocacy, informed by years of experience on the other side of the aisle.
Mr. Binkley grew up in Oviedo, Florida, and graduated with honors from The George Washington University before earning his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
