June 27, 2014 – Cynthia Sass traveled to Boston this summer and was the moderator for the panel that discussed the volatile topic of Social Media, Employer Surveillance and Employee Privacy, as well as a speaker, at the National Employment Lawyers Association 2014 Annual Convention titled Blazing the Trail: Courage | Challenge | Change.
May 2014 – Yvette Everhart’s article, Navigating Ethical Perils of Social Media Surveillance, was published on page 66 in the May 2014 issue of the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s LAWYER magazine. The article discusses what lawyers can and cannot do using social media.CYNTHIA N. SASS
